Cheap functional adapter, August 24, 2011 By George (United States) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: M1-A(P&D) Male to VGA (HD-15) Female Adapter (Electronics) Got this for a projector with a over-crimped M1 to VGA cable. Worked perfectly on both my projector and an IBM eSeries rackmount server with no VGA port. I didn't notice any issues with the skirt interfering with the fitting onto the port. Unit I got was marked monoprice.

For $0.07 this is a steal! I too had to flare the EVC end to get it fit, but that's nothing a small pair of needle nose pliers can't handle.
