It is wonderful to have them automatically delivered and for a reasonable price.
They work well for diaper cleanup, are not sticky and seem to not upset my daughter's sensitive skin.
This package is nice because it comes with the original tub for use...which after we had the first one, the extras are used for holding toys, putting in cloth for daugher to pull out (saves us from wasting wipes), etc.

Thankfully, it's identical to the Pampers Sensitive Wipes we always get. But now you get a free tub included! Hoooray!

My daughter has had quite a few diaper rashes. I am able to clear them up pretty fast by bathing her in Epsom Salt baths as soon as they crop up, and by copious application of Desitin.
The problem is the baby wipe! Most of them burn her little rash, which means I have to "improvise" by using warm wet cotton balls or a wet baby washcloth. I wanted a baby wipe I could use all the time, rash or no.
These are great for not further irritating her rash. However, the material is very soft (I don't know what it is made of...), so it's hard to clean up big messy diapers. I had to use quite a few more wipes than usual. We got a gigantic case of them, so I guess I don't mind using lots of wipes as long as they don't irritate her little butt.
I wish there was a 3.5 star rating.
